- Every new (or redesigned) website gets a custom look and navigation structure. Clients can choose portions of other VTH client sites or create their own design with whichever elements they feel make sense for them.
- Our Project Manager guides every new client through their implementation. This involves coming on-site to gather new content, migrating appropriate existing content, and coming back on-site to train the users as the new website goes live.

- VTH websites reside underground in a disaster-proof data center. The Portland, ME Time Warner Data Center is the same data center which supports many of Maine's largest businesses - among them Blue Cross / Blue Shield of Maine, LL Bean, and others.
- Our Operations Center in Portland is staffed with seasoned First Class experts who manage our server farm at Time Warner and provide programming/technical assistance as our existing applications are enhanced and new functionality is developed.
