All Virtual Town Hall online applications reside within a bay of servers located in a Time Warner Data Center in Portland, ME.

The data center's geographically diverse fiber paths maintained to multiple providers to insure maximum availability and uptime provide internet connectivity.

The building is connected by a 10 gigabit per second East/West protected private fiber ring.  This provides redundant physical connectivity from the building in the event one of the physical fiber lines is severed or otherwise damaged.

The site is in downtown Portland, Maine in a bombproof building with only one main entrance.

Facility is monitored 24 hours per day, 7 days per week by two-way audio/video surveillance cameras.

Redundant uninterruptable APC power supplies, plus a Cummins diesel powered generator in case of utility failure (Central Maine Power).  Like our office location, all utilities are underground.  We have never lost power for more than a few moments in the past 10 years.

Redundant APC NetworkAIR FM units for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and fire suppression are provided by industry standard FM-200 system (above and below the raised flooring).

All of these systems (HVAC, fire suppression, security, networks) are remotely monitored by the data center's local division network operations center (DNOC) in Portland, Maine.
