A survey is nothing more than a list of questions, with free form or multiple choice answers. Now you can create a "survey" that includes all the questions on one of your forms.
- Allow residents to fill out the form online
- Notify the person responsible for that form via email
- Download the data as a comma separated file (.CSV)
- Import data into other applications
- Recreate the completed form with mail merge tools
