Virtual Town Hall introduces VTH-QA, a robust Citizen Request module, powered by the GovQA platform. The Citizen Action Center allows constituents to immediately find answers online to frequently asked questions or submit questions directly to designated staff. Citizens can also submit service requests and check on the status of previously submitted questions and requests.
VTH-QA is easy to administer and will reduce phone calls, emails and foot track, freeing up valuable employee resources. It is a tremendous management tool that creates accountability and allows requests to be tracked, reassigned and escalated. Staff replies to constituent questions can be added to the knowledge base and included for future visitors to access immediately without contacting staff yet again.
