Why provide online registration?

Once you receive and approve the registration form you have to assign that person to the program and somehow account for the fees that were collected.

They do the data entry for you, we provide the program and team rosters, and financial reporting by program or category of program for any date range you desire. Next year you will be able to easily find out how many people signed up for each program, with the click of a mouse.
Don't accept credit cards?
Not a problem. Virtual Town Hall can set you up with automatic web authorizations and credit card terminals for your over the counter customers as well. Fees will automatically be deposited into your bank account within 48 hours. The cost to provide credit cards can be built into your pricing or VTH e-Registration provides the ability to charge a convenience fee or a higher fee for web registrations
