Over 70% of U.S. Adults use the internet as an information source; one-third claim it as their primary source. Be it Google, Yahoo, ESPN or MySpace, the internet is part of the daily routine for most people. The trend is clear. As internet usage continues to expand, and as information becomes even more readily available, constituents will come to expect municipalities to provide online options, 24/7, for their core interactions. Accessing meeting minutes, searching databases, paying bills, submitting forms, registering for
programs, requesting services, viewing calendars, and downloading documents will become expectations, if not requirements.
Since 1998, Virtual Town Hall has designed and developed easy-to-use, easy-to-update, and affordable municipal websites. We currently service over 250 clients across 13 states.
